My family and I visited Polo Towers in Las Vegas for a quick getaway. We were told they had updates about our membership and the meeting would only take 90 minutes. On April 13, 2017 we went to this "breakfast update" but it turned out to be a pressured sales pitch....

I took a "tour" at the Scottsdale Villa Mirage location after being promised $125 in gift cards and a 3 day 2 night accommodation certificate. I told them I wasn't sure I qualified as I had done a presentation not that long ago and was told it wasn't a problem. I was...

Uncoordinated staff! Very rude toward guests. After checking into the hotel, we were bombarded with timeshare sales associates who we couldn't dodge. No services worth while, and what actually is available is priced through the roof even for a large tourist hotel. We...

Diamond Resorts International - Increasing Maintenance Fees

Diamond Resorts International
#1086624
Every quarter it seems that the maintenance fees continue to increase and without proper notification and they just add late fees and have the audacity to say they sent emails. There is no history of any such email except for a proxy vote back in March, but absolutely nothing from the business office. WTF I GUESS THEY EXPECT TO GET SOME MORE MONEY AND LIMITED VACATIONS!

Promise the Sampler Package would allow us to vacation in a Diamond Resort in Virginia Beach . The Sampler was $2995 / 15000 pets supposed to be able to stay a full month in nicecresort . Turns out it is a hotel room for no more than 2 weeks ! I can stay in a hotel for much less at the top of season . Total misrepresentation. Do not do business with Diamond Resorts !!!

They gave me falls information, misleading, they sold me sampler points don't worth even a penny. Their timeshare locations are the worst ever, and they are not honest in what they are telling you. Don't take even a word of what they are saying. They never told me that...

My wife and i went thru their introductory center. I got better service at CARMAX, their sales rep S*ndra left her cellphone on the table, i am guessing aKa recording device, close enough to openly record what we say when she was not at the table. For someone who...

Purchased a sampler package. Never missed a payment, nor was I ever late on payments. Made a payment in early January 2017 then decided to pay the whole thing off so I made the final payment @15 January 2017. Financial services staff in Las Vegas incorrectly posted my...

I bought my points (600 points) with Monarch Grand Vacation Resorts which was later taken over by Diamond Resort. We checked in a resort owned by Diamond resort in Palm Spring and they offered for us to attend a presentation. During the presentation they excessively...

Diamond Resorts Vacation Package is a complete scam. We were coerced into purchasing a 4 day/3 night stay upon our departure from one of their locations. We were told when we bought this vacation that we would be able to get the same exact room we had before at any...

I currently own 3 deeded properties managed by Diamond Resorts. Due to changes in life, I wasn't able to pay the maintenance fees for 2 of the three of these properties and allowed Diamond to take them back with whatever Quit-Claim Deed or Deed In Lieu they prefer. I...

This company sucks and is a complete scam and good luck ever leaving. Diamond will not buy back, Diamond will not even let you give back, you cannot sell your points to anyone who is not in "The Club", if you do manage to sell / give your points to someone who is in...

That was $800,000 not $800 Million. You are right about no resale value. And "updates" are just sales presentations. There are a couple of Facebook groups where you might b...
