I was lied to. Scammed.

During the presentation the agent told me that the Sampler Package works the same as membership, only you get 18 months to use it with 15000 points for a set price. He promised me that I can get plane tickets, dinner tickets, Disney park tickets using these points and even showed how to use them. Turns out it was all I big huge lie. 15000 points can only be used for lodging.

Literally, just hotels, that's it. And when I contacted their Customer Service, they said, Oh well, you should've read Terms and Conditions when you signed the document. Really? Who reads Terms and Conditions?

I'm so disgusted.

This big company using such low low approach. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Product or Service Mentioned: Diamond Resorts International Vacation Package.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Way of treating people.
