Diamond Resorts International - Risk Management
Trying to contact anyone in Risk Management is absolutely ridiculous. I was injured during one of my stays In Las Vegas. I was told to write a letter and mail it to their Isk Management department. I was told they do not have a phone number for contact. It's been over 2months, I need continued medical treatment and have yet to hear from anyone. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Diamond Resorts International - Promised Refund Never Came
Went to a presentation and signed up with $99 deposit. Told there was a refund cancelation policy. Sent all paperwork in within time limits bia registered mail. They signed to recieve papers but never did send refund. Will be one year on Nov. 13th since they recieved. These people are the most dishonest business you could deal with. STAY AWAY
