Very unhappy customer

The sales person kept us for 4hrs, didnt let us go enjoy our vacation eventhou we repeatedly said we were not interested to buy a timeshare, they dont take No for an answer. We finally fell for it and purchased a sampler. We were never able to use it either because they told us some points had expired after 2 weeks of purchase or because we could never make a reservation. No one ever answered my calls or I could never get help from the chat. Oh and then covid came and everything was closed but my packet was paid full and I was never able to use it.

User's recommendation: Go and enjoy your vacation but dont accept any tours nor free stuff because that is how they get you trapped.

Worst vacation ever!

This place was not worthy of being labeled a resort. Dirty, dated and horrible experience. To top it all off, someone hit my vehicle in the garage, left no note and the hotel staff was not apologetic at all.

Complaint

My family and I were stuck in between floors in the elevator for about seven minutes with no air in the tiny elevators. I am at Royal Palm Beach resort for two weeks. Today is seven days that I have checked in and no manager has contacted me from the front desk. I have been there several times checking dailyPoor customer service. I gave cell number for managers to call me if I was off the property and they still have not called me. They tell the clerks they were going to call me and they do not.

They are the worst

after years and years of frustrating service i payoff in 2015 ,now they offered a way out(BIG LIE),they make you send papers,contracts,etc,etc, then they keeping you waiting and waiting but increasing your Maintenance Fee almost every second,when you think you gave them everything to move out,you will receive a surprised,you need to send them more and more papers,and of course the fee still increasing.this is the worst decision of my life. spread the news, NEVER EVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE

Someone from Diamond resorts did call, didn’t offer an apology just said the Liki Tiki manager would call. Still waiting....Still not impressed with their customer service.

Account balance

On February 24, 2021, I sent 2 checks via priority mail by USPS. You have received those 2 checks on March 2nd, a Tuesday, then on the 8th five business days later, you charged my checking account as if those two mortgages weren't paid off completely. Actually, both were over paid, because I used the balance to be paid from January balance, and the February payments were paid automatically as usual before I got the final checks to pay off the total balance. So no more monthly withdrawals from my checking account, and Diamond Resorts has to repay me for the overpayment in order to bring the balance to zero on both sides. JohnEwan MD

Seriously bad opinion.

The worse financial decision and purchase we have ever made in our 42 years of marriage. Actually ashamed that we were talked into this time share. The out right lies and continued attempts to get us to spend more to 'get more' is shameless. The 'free gifts' actually makes us even more angry. Offering us packages, 'trips of a lifetime' and cash cards just *** us off, cause you are constantly increasing our maintenance fees.

You should join the Diamond Resorts Facebook page. There are hundreds of people like you out there. Diamond has a reputation for good resorts and bad salespeople.

Also got misled

Don't have time to post details at the moment. I still dealing with them, but when you expose yourself to the sales presentation, you need more things in writing to document your understanding of what you are being told, because the real truth never agrees to your understanding. Better yet, don't ever sit with these folk. Liars and experts at omissions of fact. I'll try to post my scenario at a later time.

I could not agree more with the comments in this review. If you are contacted by Diamond resorts, run in the opposite direction.

Do not give them one red cent of your money. They are liars of the worst kind.

I am a sucker member

GOD in HEAVEN!!! NEVER do business or even listen to their sales people. They are a total sham company. Please, people learn from my colossal mistake and head my warning. This company is the devil. They are the worst of the worst of anything I have ever encountered in my life. They are pure evil. They financially drained me (150 grand and counting) with absolutely no benefits at all. I am a supposed Platinum member. They have never ever even come close to providing me with a vacation that is even close to dollar for dollar as to what they charge. NOT EVEN CLOSE. They take 2 dollars from you (yearly fees) and maybe give you 1 dollar back in benefits (provided all the people that pay far lower are accommodated) if they can. They are over sold / booked / there is absolutely no benefit to being a top member. A person that pays 1 grand / year in fees has just as much right to everything that I spend 25 grand / year. I haven't used the service in 4 years, and they charge me tens of thousands in maintenance fees). They quickly take away any reservations that I may have, if I don't promptly pay Cesar his full coin on demanded (almost $20 Grand/year NOW). NOT ONE!! This should be a Criminal Enterprise. The MOB would be proud how they operate and have the courts paid off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people in ANY WAY. PLEASE. I can't save myself. I hope to Save people after my worst decision in my life.

Very bad experience

never again, it's the worst experience of my life . Cost a lot and a lot of money and the shower and furniture was not cleaned :Mildiou.Believe me it's better in Cuba or Mexico.
