We recently upgraded to the new program with DRI.We were told by the salesman a few things but when we tried to do them they weren't true.
It was the reason we upgraded. Now we have the extra debt with no benefit. Also they are several places we have tried to book but there is nothing available. Basically what they promised is not available.
They are using our money to advance themselves and not compensating us with anything beneficial. The maintenance fees are way too high.
Especially since they use outside retail customers to cover their costs.They should use that profit to reduce or eliminate the maintenance fees of the members/owners of the club.

The most disappointing in user's experience was do not live up to contact. Author liked the most resort vacationing. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
